The Project Director will lead and manage the execution of various IT projects, ensuring that all deliverables align with quality standards while adhering to defined scope and timelines. Your role is essential in guaranteeing that projects not only meet customer requirements but also exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and completion. Ensure project schedules, quality plans, budgets, and risk management strategies are effectively reviewed and implemented. Address issues related to scope definition and integration of project components, including hardware, software installation, testing, and business process redesign.
Manage project implementation concerning timelines, budgets, manpower, and quality benchmarks. Resolve project overruns in collaboration with Senior Management and continuously monitor and report on progress.
Optimize resource management by mobilizing teams strategically to enhance productivity.
Customer and Vendor Management
Administer contracts and subcontractors while engaging stakeholders in project decisions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations. Negotiate change control mechanisms to align schedules and prioritize changes based on business requirements.
Business Development
Identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement, collaborating with Account Managers to cultivate these prospects.
