Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Data Scientist with a robust full-stack skill set, enthusiastic about developing and enhancing predictive engines that support our rapidly growing fintech. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data science, product strategy, and business results, adopting a startup mentality while adhering to the rigorous standards of a regulated financial institution.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond ensuring model accuracy; you will oversee the complete lifecycle of predictive capabilities, from defining metrics to model design, validation, and seamless production deployment and ongoing refinement. It is critical that the models you create are not only technically sound but also robust, explainable, fair, and trusted by the business.
In this position, you will design and implement our primary predictive capabilities that have a direct impact on service quality, liquidity management, risk assessment, and operational decision-making. Collaborating proactively with diverse stakeholders, you will transform ambiguous business challenges into scalable data products, ensuring that predictions are actionable, measurable, and integrated into real workflows. You will define key success metrics, challenge existing assumptions, and continually enhance models based on feedback from the business and evolving market dynamics.
