About The Team
The Customer Success organization is structured into three key teams: pre-sales, customer success, and support. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives, engaging with potential clients throughout the new business sales processes to illustrate the value of our platform and drive revenue growth. You will be a problem-solver, storyteller, and product expert dedicated to helping customers make timely and informed decisions.
Pre-Sales Consultants leverage deep product knowledge, commercial insight, industry experience, and client understanding to conduct impactful evaluations. This role focuses specifically on the Corporate sector, working with decision-makers and users to identify use cases, deliver tailored demos, and guide prospects towards successful outcomes. With extensive client interaction, this position is uniquely positioned to collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Content, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Education to inform go-to-market strategies and decisions.
