Additionally, you will manage the entire IT procurement lifecycle, ensuring the school maximizes its technology investments.Your Key Responsibilities:1. Infrastructure Management & ProcurementOversee and maintain the school-wide IT infrastructure, systems, and services across all locations.Ensure daily operational readiness of both physical and virtual network services.Assist in IT planning, design, implementation, and monitoring for all campuses and partner schools.Lead the renewal of hardware and service support to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.Assess and procure IT hardware, software, and cloud services.2. Support – Services (Offsite & Onsite)Administer and provide support for core systems, including:User authentication and security (Microsoft Entra ID, SSO)Communication platforms (Email, MS Teams, Zoom, web applications)Data protection and recovery (SharePoint, backups, disaster recovery)School-wide systems (wireless networks, printers, facilities, and inventory systems)Specialized applications (Dynamics Business Central and other school systems)Collaborate with fellow IT Specialists on system enhancements and project initiatives.3. IT & AV Support (with IT Team)Deliver advanced support for IT and AV requirements across events, classrooms, and daily operations.Facilitate multimedia setups, including video recording, production, and live streaming.Troubleshoot and maintain classroom technology to ensure smooth functioning.
