Learn more at www.firstagency.com Role Overview: Event Service Specialist (Singapore) The Event Service Specialist plays a key part in delivering high-quality event experiences for FIRST’s clients. Based on-site at a leading tech company in Singapore, this role serves as the main point of contact for event hosts and coordinates with both the FIRST team and internal service partners to ensure smooth event execution. Main Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for event hosts on event days, working closely with event managers and service partners to deliver seamless support across catering, audio/video production, security, transportation, and room setups. Move between various event spaces, including navigating different buildings and floors as required. Coordinate and manage event logistics, which may involve manual handling and lifting or moving items up to 15 kg (35 lbs), as well as packaging, taping, labeling, and sorting tasks. Remain stationary for extended periods to support event operations. Work in a variety of positions, including in tight or confined spaces such as storage areas or coat rooms. Review event requirements in advance and address concerns proactively. Provide on-site support for multiple events throughout the day. Troubleshoot issues as they arise and escalate more complex needs to the relevant internal partners. Location ABC - Singapore
