Join our dynamic Technology Finance team as a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior Finance Analyst. You will be instrumental in tasks such as financial reporting, budget oversight, asset lifecycle management, and supporting pivotal finance technology initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and analyze Purchase Requisition (PR) and Goods Receipt (GR) reports using SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure timely processing of invoice payments and reconciliation of technology-related expenditures.
- Maintain precise financial records while ensuring data integrity across all systems.
- Collaborate with senior technology leaders to track and optimize budget utilization for IT projects and operations.
- Aid in the renewal and budgeting processes for software and hardware contracts.
- Assist in managing project budgets, monitoring expenditures against forecasts, and identifying discrepancies.
- Create monthly financial dashboards and insights for the Technology Finance team.
- Oversee IT asset management, including tracking inventory, issuing, and decommissioning of laptops and other hardware.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.
- Support various financial and asset-related tasks as assigned by the Technology Finance Lead.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a finance role within a technology-driven environment, financial institution, or consulting firm preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Excel, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data management.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in process improvement and automation within finance operations.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
