The Student Affairs team handles admissions, supports student well-being, and works to involve parents as active partners in each student’s education. Role overview This Assistant Executive, Student Affairs position is based at the Tampines Campus. The role supports daily operations and student services across a range of administrative and front desk tasks. Front desk and reception duties Respond to walk-in inquiries and phone calls, and manage correspondence. Oversee the room booking system. Maintain the student sick bay and ensure first-aid supplies are stocked for emergencies. General administration Print and distribute communication letters to students. Update and manage student records and files. Process student-related requests, including SMART card and Disability Data Registry applications, and bus transport subsidies. Work with the Finance Department to account for collected funds, such as school fees. Update and maintain notice boards. Manage the key issuance system and visitor security passes. Monitor and order stationery and spare uniforms as needed. Support school events and activities as required. Requirements O Level, ITE, or NITEC certificate (minimum). 1 to 3 years of relevant administrative experience. Strong customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear verbal and written communication in English. Comfortable working in a dynamic setting. Interest in learning about autism and supporting students with special needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
