As an Integration Specialist at ATPCO, you will be pivotal in facilitating the seamless onboarding and technical integration of our innovative product offerings within client environments. This position is designed to ensure that all implementations adhere to industry best practices, align with our clients' operational goals, and promote swift product adoption.
In your role as a trusted technical advisor, you will guide clients through the entire process—from pre-sales discovery to production readiness. This position serves as a crucial link between Sales, Product Development, Engineering, and Customer Support teams, orchestrating seamless integrations and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Your extensive product knowledge, combined with solid technical and business insight, will empower clients to fully leverage ATPCO's solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead customer onboarding and manage technical integrations for assigned product lines.
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to facilitate pre-sales discovery, technical assessments, trials, and successful implementations.
Steer customers through integration and implementation processes, ensuring a smooth transition from evaluation to production.
Address and resolve technical integration challenges while ensuring adherence to best practices and system optimization.
Provide ongoing technical support post-sales to foster product adoption and ensure long-term customer success.
Continuously update technical integration documentation in partnership with Product teams.
Oversee administrative tasks related to integration, including billing coordination and quality assurance.
Clearly communicate the value and advantages of ATPCO’s airline merchandising solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
