The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team at Mediabrands as an Integrated Media Planner! We seek an individual with 1-2 years of experience eager to expand their knowledge and skills in a forward-thinking agency dedicated to future-proofing brands and businesses. As part of our team, you will report to the Account Manager or Client Director, playing a vital role in developing and executing impactful media strategies. Your contributions will ensure the smooth daily operations of media planning, all aimed at driving exceptional results for our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Gain a solid understanding of media concepts, including media measurement (Impressions, GRPs, Reach), and familiarize yourself with the local media landscape in Singapore.
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting media data to generate valuable insights supporting campaign strategies.
- Support the implementation and performance reporting of campaigns across both digital and traditional media platforms.
- Collaborate with the performance team to track and monitor media KPIs, demonstrating the effectiveness of paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns.
- Contribute to campaign reporting by compiling data and drafting performance summaries with guidance from senior team members.
- Help prepare media diaries and copy instructions based on approved plans and proposals.
- Coordinate media booking timelines, ensuring clear communication of deadlines to internal teams and clients.
- Identify and assist in resolving creative delivery issues in collaboration with creative and media teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports, updates, and media documentation as part of ongoing campaign management.
Ideally You Have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in media planning or advertising, ideally within an agency setting.
- Proficiency in using media research tools such as Nielsen Clear Decisions, AdQuest, and Global Web Index for data extraction and interpretation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including media owners, suppliers, creative agencies, production partners, and internal specialists.
- A working knowledge of digital advertising platforms; hands-on experience with Google Ads and DoubleClick Bid Manager (DV360) is a plus.
- A strong interest in media, technology, and emerging trends, coupled with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
- An excellent team player with a positive attitude, adaptable to changing environments.
