Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and execute new infrastructure investment opportunities. Support senior team members in sourcing and originating deals. Develop and refine intricate financial models for company valuations and investment assessments, including sensitivity and scenario analyses to gauge potential returns. Conduct thorough research and analysis on market trends, industry developments, and macroeconomic factors that influence investment performance. Assist during due diligence, coordinating with external advisors. Prepare investment committee documentation and presentations to facilitate informed decision-making. Provide assistance during deal execution, collaborating with various stakeholders. Formulate independent assessments regarding the viability of investment opportunities. Engage in ongoing monitoring, performance tracking, value enhancement, and divestment of investments. Compile regular reports and presentation materials for investors. Support annual audits and valuations. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are advantageous. At least 2 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, project finance, or infrastructure advisory is preferred. Prior exposure to transactions in infrastructure sectors such as energy, telecom, transport, and utilities is highly desirable. Understanding of the infrastructure regulatory landscape is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong valuation expertise and financial modeling skills are essential.
