Position Overview
As an HR Business Partner at NTS Singapore, you will be instrumental in driving strategic and operational HR initiatives throughout the organization. Collaborating closely with management and different business functions, your mission will be to bolster organizational capabilities, elevate employee experiences, and facilitate the company's growth in a high-tech manufacturing environment. You will oversee a comprehensive range of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation issues, LMS administration, and benefits management.
Collaborate with the management team to implement key HR initiatives, projects, and organizational development activities across various functions.
Analyze business needs and execute effective HR strategies to address capability gaps and promote operational excellence.
Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, inquiries, feedback sessions, and necessary follow-up actions.
Work alongside business functions on Learning & Development, Talent Review, and Compensation & Benefits support.
Evaluate training needs through surveys and assessments, and facilitate structured on-the-job training programs to enhance workforce skills.
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data integrity, training administration, grant submissions, and vendor sourcing.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and salary reviews; develop performance metrics and evaluation tools.
Conduct talent review sessions, drive succession planning, and oversee performance enhancement and career development initiatives.
Prepare HR data analyses, reports, and metrics to support informed decision-making.
Engage with government agencies (MOM, EDB, e2i, etc.) on HR matters and programs.
Assist with additional HR initiatives and projects as required.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
