As a Senior Recruitment Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with hiring teams to identify, attract, and onboard elite talent, significantly influencing the future growth of our organization. Your Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for the APAC region while utilizing your regional expertise to manage talent acquisition efforts across broader APAC markets. Make a substantial impact by sourcing and building a long-term pipeline of top candidates, thereby enhancing the APAC team. Serve as a primary talent advisor to leadership and HR business partners, shaping recruitment strategies that improve talent quality across APAC. Ensure high standards of hiring by translating recruitment data and market intelligence into actionable insights for hiring managers, promoting a data-informed decision-making culture. Oversee the candidate experience from initial contact with Adyen to offer management. As a member of the global recruitment team, share best practices and market intelligence to elevate the broader team’s capabilities beyond APAC.
