Your Impact:
As the Head of Homes for Southeast Asia, you will report directly to the Asia Pacific Head of Homes. You will lead a dynamic team of Market Managers, driving innovative strategies to boost high-quality supply, foster host success across all segments, and elevate the guest experience. Collaborating with cross-functional partners such as Global Markets, Policy, Legal, and Communications, you will ensure that Airbnb delivers exceptional value to both guests and hosts in every market.
A Day in Your Life:
- Inspire and lead a team of Account Managers to expand Airbnb’s Homes and Hotel business throughout Southeast Asia, forging strong partnerships with hosts while achieving outstanding business and guest outcomes.
- Oversee a team of Acquisition Managers and Vendors to enhance the supply of premium accommodations.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the Southeast Asia destination market, directing teams to customize their approach based on market conditions and host demographics.
- Design and execute innovative acquisition strategies to attract new, high-quality supply to Airbnb, utilizing creative programs, pilots, and local initiatives to reach previously untapped markets.
- Experiment boldly to identify new supply sources, assess outcomes, refine strategies, and create playbooks that drive Airbnb’s growth across Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Markets, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Policy, and Product to launch impactful initiatives.
