Your Key Responsibilities:As a member of the Regional Treasury Center based in Singapore, you will manage the daily treasury operations for multiple countries within the APAC region, adhering to best market practices.Collaborating with a team, you will foster relationships with local leaders across countries, corporate treasury teams in Singapore and France, and external partners.Your primary responsibilities will include:1. **Cash Management**: Oversee daily cash management and forecasting for various countries in partnership with local finance teams:Establish an efficient cash management structure for optimal cash usage in each country, aligning with the global cash management framework.Manage accounts payable/receivable processes, ensuring execution and monitoring.2. **Liquidity Management/Financing**: Enhance liquidity management across countries in coordination with group structures:Monitor cash positions at the country level to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations.Optimize cash management strategies on behalf of the countries (financing, deposits, etc.).3. **Internal Control & Security**: Ensure compliance with group norms, security, anti-corruption, and anti-fraud policies across all countries:Implement appropriate controls and segregations in your countries.Supervise the APAC region’s bank accounts, signatories, and online banking platforms.
