Join Wise in our Singapore office as a Card Scheme Compliance Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping our card product and enhancing the experience for our global cardholders.In this position, you will:Stay updated on scheme requirements and regulatory changes, providing timely advice to product stakeholders.Translate complex scheme rules into clear, actionable requirements for Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams.Maintain a compliance registry/matrix to ensure all Wise products adhere to scheme rules while forecasting upcoming mandates.Empower teams through collaborative training sessions and tools to weave compliance into the product development and maintenance lifecycle.Lead engagements with card schemes to protect and further Wise’s strategic interests.Support product teams in identifying and addressing compliance-related issues arising during regular business operations.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate financial risks, including managing any extensions or waivers.Design, implement, and oversee compliance testing, continuous assurance, and reporting processes.
