What you will do Oversee intercompany transactions between US and Singapore entities, ensuring transfer pricing compliance. Manage tax operations for both regions, including Singapore GST registration and filings, US federal and state tax obligations, and coordination with external tax advisors. Support month-end and year-end closing for both entities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and management account preparation.
