Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently operate, perform preventive maintenance on, and repair essential hotel systems, devices, controls, instruments, and equipment.
Analyze logs and utility data to identify optimal operating efficiencies, implementing corrective actions when standards are not met.
Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, or retrofitting of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety systems.
Document and assess operating logs and utilities, taking prompt actions as required.
Manage emergency repair situations effectively.
Execute improvement, maintenance, and repair tasks on building services and equipment according to industry standards and regulations.
Perform daily startup, shutdown, and inspections of building services and equipment based on established guidelines.
Supervise contractors performing repair work to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain an updated daily maintenance log.
Complete work order documentation accurately.
