Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of AV integration projects. Support project management with documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation. Interpret AV system drawings, signal flow diagrams, and schematics. Oversee on-site installation, configuration, and testing of AV systems including displays, audio systems, video conferencing, and control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX). Conduct system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and commissioning. Engage with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure adherence to company standards and safety protocols during all project activities. Provide technical support and training for clients and end-users post-installation. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, test results, and handover documents. Qualifications:Skills and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in the AV industry or a related field. Strong knowledge of AV systems integration, cable management, and equipment installation. Familiarity with AV technologies such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, Shure, etc. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Hands-on experience with on-site project execution and coordination. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
