Position Overview
The Director of Business Development will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging potential clients, while managing enduring client relationships throughout the lifecycle of campaigns. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development is essential, with a preference for candidates with a background in SaaS sales, particularly within the Financial Services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop prospective clients through strategies such as internet research, trade show participation, referrals, and professional directories.
- Acquire and close new clients via referrals, cold calling, networking, and participation in regional organizations and trade shows.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
