- Providing timely and efficient desktop support services to users.
- Receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests while escalating incidents when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to SLA standards.
- Executing imaging and re-imaging tasks.
- Conducting asset inventory tasks.
- Facilitating technical escalation to 3rd party vendors or resolver groups when appropriate.
- Updating incident records to reflect current statuses.
- Creating and enhancing work instructions as needed.
- Documenting standards and procedures where applicable.
