Role Overview: Dealing Manager – UK Shift
The Dealing Manager is tasked with executing client trades with precision and facilitating daily trading operations across various asset classes. This role necessitates acute situational awareness, a calm demeanor during unexpected events (e.g., system disruptions), and effective coordination with both internal and external stakeholders, including international counterparts.
This position operates under UK shift hours and is vital in ensuring trading continuity, risk management, and client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute trades accurately and efficiently for clients across multiple products, including Singapore and international securities, fixed income, futures, funds, and margin risk control.
- Monitor client accounts and trades to ensure compliance with Group Compliance Policy and MAS Regulations.
- Address client inquiries and provide support on our electronic trading platform.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve trade-related challenges.
- Work closely with product and technology teams to enhance the trading platform.
- Conduct system testing in the UAT environment.
- Communicate with clearing brokers and other counterparties.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors and management.
