We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and resourceful Customer Support Associate who is committed to delivering outstanding support and surpassing expectations in each interaction with our community. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for our customers, a creative problem-solver, and a collaborative team player, energized by working with people while also thriving as an independent contributor.
This is a full-time, salaried position based in our Singapore office. The starting salary for this role is budgeted at $5,000 SGD monthly, along with a comprehensive benefits package. We value our staff and strive to offer them competitive compensation and enriching benefits.
