You will be expected to provide innovative solutions and technical guidance to your colleagues and clients.Your Responsibilities:Utilize your technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to manage and administer cloud infrastructure.Ensure configurations meet high standards for performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability, adhering to design documentation specifications.Implement configurations with automation best practices in new projects, ensuring thorough documentation is maintained.Automate cloud system management using tools such as Ansible, CloudFormation, and Terraform while maintaining clear documentation.Work collaboratively with Cloud Solution Architects to provide technical insights in cloud operations and administration.Participate in cloud migration projects for VMs, ideally having experience with migrating over 50 VMs or databases using tools like CloudEndure.Engage with clients during operational meetings to enhance processes and contribute to optimizations for their environments.Stay updated on technical skills, certifications, and market trends, actively sharing knowledge within the cloud community.Manage issues effectively, ensuring proper resolution, documentation, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
