Front Desk and Reception Respond to walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and manage correspondence. Oversee the room booking system. Maintain the student sick bay and ensure first-aid supplies are available for emergencies. General Administration Print and distribute communication letters to students. Update and manage student records and files. Process student-related requests, such as SMART card applications, Disability Data Registry applications, and bus transport subsidies. Work with the Finance Department to account for collected funds, including school fees. Update and maintain notice boards. Manage the key issuance system and visitor security passes. Monitor and order stationery and spare uniforms as needed. Support school events and activities as required. What We Look For O Level, ITE, or NITEC certificate (minimum). 1 to 3 years of relevant administrative experience. Strong customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear verbal and written communication in English. Comfortable working in a dynamic setting. Interest in learning about autism and supporting students with special needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
