Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and necessary instructional support to bridge learning gaps. Holistic Student Development Foster strong relationships with students through genuine care, concern, and encouragement. Develop data-driven Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Transition Plans (ITPs) for students, collaborating with families, caregivers, Allied Professionals, and stakeholders to support goal attainment. Employ appropriate methods and tools to enhance ongoing student development, including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies, adaptive learning devices, and technology. Create and maintain effective classroom routines and practices that promote a safe and conducive learning environment, fostering student well-being. Implement behavior management techniques for students with complex needs and manage emergency situations effectively. Professional Development Actively participate in professional development opportunities for continuous knowledge and skills enhancement.
