Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough system analysis for AS400-based applications that underpin core banking functionalities.- Engage extensively with Silverlake core banking modules such as CASA, Loans, Deposits, and Payments as necessary.- Collect and analyze business requirements, transforming them into both functional and technical specifications.- Assist with application enhancements, manage change requests, and oversee system upgrades.- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, which includes incident investigation, root cause analysis, and resolutions.- Collaborate with vendors and internal development teams for fixes, enhancements, and deployments.- Execute system testing, support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate post-deployment.- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security protocols, and audit requirements.- Develop system documentation, including functional specs, technical specs, and operational runbooks.- Be available for on-call support and weekend duties as required by business operations.
