You will have the opportunity to develop state-of-the-art models across multiple modalities including text, image, and speech. By pioneering new research methodologies, you will deploy these models in a variety of real-world applications. Collaborating cross-functionally with both internal and external teams of scientists, engineers, and product specialists, you will deliver impactful AI solutions that drive significant advancements.Key Responsibilities• Execute pre-training, post-training, and deployment of cutting-edge models on large-scale clusters featuring thousands of GPUs, maintaining composure during technical challenges such as OOM errors.• Curate and generate data for training, overseeing evaluations to ensure model performance exceeds expectations.• Create and enhance tools and frameworks that support data generation, model training, evaluation, and deployment processes.• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex use cases utilizing agents and RAG pipelines.• Oversee research projects and maintain effective communication with client research teams.Candidate Profile• Proficiency in English with exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.• Strong expertise in either PyTorch or JAX.• Comfortable contributing to large codebases and participating in collaborative coding efforts.
