**Job Responsibilities:**
- Design, prepare, and present dynamic lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and educational goals.
- Teach primary-level subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and/or Art, with creativity and effectiveness.
- Create engaging and age-appropriate teaching resources, including worksheets, activities, and assessments.
- Evaluate and track students’ academic performance; provide constructive feedback to students and their families.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and secure classroom atmosphere that promotes participation and curiosity.
- Implement interactive and hands-on learning techniques to boost student engagement.
- Support diverse learning needs by adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Keep precise records of attendance, performance, and academic advancement.
- Attend school meetings, events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to uphold consistent academic standards.
- Undertake additional academic-related responsibilities as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline.
- A professional teaching qualification is preferred.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, particularly in the Cambridge/Singapore curriculum.
- Former MOE teachers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student achievement.
