As a Senior Specialist in Retail Operations, you will be pivotal in enhancing the performance of our retail stores. With extensive expertise in retail foundations and operations, your role will involve collaborating with store teams to actualize our retail vision effectively. You will liaise directly with HQ departments and experts to ensure successful project launches, implementations, and sustained excellence in our retail environments. Your responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for store teams, gathering crucial feedback, and providing operational solutions to foster continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the comprehensive process for programs and initiatives that influence the retail store environment, focusing on implementation and ongoing enhancements.
- Design innovative systems and processes that enable retail teams to operate efficiently and in alignment with our brand ethos.
- Enhance communication strategies for retail teams, managing internal communications via the Intranet, HQ-to-store updates, and feedback channels.
- Champion change by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and collaboration across stores and departments.
- Prioritize and manage complex workstreams, partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Drive the execution of annual initiatives from the Global Retail Store teams to positively influence store growth and success.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on key retail pillars (people, product, operations, community, and marketing), staying updated on retail trends and best practices.
