About the Team You Will Join- As a Data Operations Specialist at Toss Bank, you will be a part of the Corporate Initiatives Team within the Strategy Tribe under the Strategy Division.- The Corporate Initiatives Team is responsible for deriving insights for corporate-level decision-making and identifying innovative initiatives, playing a key role in corporate planning.- You will collaborate with various teams to enable data-driven decision-making within the organization, interpreting Toss Bank's current state and shaping its future.Your Responsibilities- Collaborate with Business Data Analysts and Corporate Strategy Managers to support data analysis tasks within the tribe.- Extract data necessary for management decision-making as per team requests.- Maintain and update internal Tableau dashboards, incorporating feedback and requests.Ideal Candidate- Must have the ability to write basic SQL queries.- Experience with Tableau dashboards and creating/operating Airflow DAGs is required.- Strong collaboration skills to communicate effectively with team members.Resume Submission Recommendations- We expect your resume to include significant examples that align with the qualities we desire in a candidate rather than just listing experiences.- Please clearly state your personal details and activities (education, extracurricular activities, internships) with specific timings and content.The Journey to Joining Toss Bank- Application submission > Job interview > Cultural fit interview > Final acceptance and onboarding.Please Note- This is a contract position with a duration of 1 year.- If any false information is found in your resume or disciplinary issues are confirmed during your work history, the hiring will be canceled.- Candidates who fall under the disqualification criteria according to Article 8 of Toss Bank's employment regulations may have their application canceled.- Individuals with disabilities and those eligible for national veterans' benefits will be given preference according to relevant laws.
