We are now seeking to extend this clear and concise user experience to Japanese investors. To achieve this, we need a Japanese language expert to lead localization efforts for UI/UX and conduct user research interpretation. Your Responsibilities Your role will consist of 30% interpretation and 70% translation tasks. You will localize Japanese UI text and UX phrases for the Toss Securities app and website, ensuring quality control. You'll propose improvements to UI messaging based on cultural and linguistic insights from the perspective of Japanese users. You will conduct interpretation for Japanese user interviews and partner discussions (Korean Japanese). Collaboration with design, research, product managers, and the translation team to create a consistent Japanese user experience will be key. Ideal Candidate Profile Graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) from a translation and interpretation program with expertise in Korean-Japanese translation and interpretation. A strong interest in user experience design and cultural sensitivity beyond just language. Exceptional language skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on UX context. Open communication with diverse teams (design, planning, development) is essential. Experience in UX writing or localization within mobile services or IT environments is a plus. Experience or understanding of UX research and interpretation (simultaneous/sequential) is advantageous.
