Your Role as an HRBP at Toss Bank
- As an HRBP, you will act as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for your assigned teams, taking on significant responsibilities and making impactful decisions.
- You will closely communicate with the leadership team, including the CEO, and work flexibly within a horizontal structure.
- Your role will encompass the entire HR cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring the growth and success of your organization and the broader Toss community.
About Our Team
- The HRBP position is part of the People & Culture Division at Toss Bank.
- You will collaborate with team leaders and fellow HRBPs to apply your HR expertise in business partnering.
- Our team consists of members with 5 to 17 years of experience from diverse backgrounds including multinational corporations, large enterprises, and startups.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support sustainable innovation at Toss Bank while continuously planning, developing, operating, and improving related systems.
- Engage in ideation and strategic proposal development with fellow HRBPs to create organizational change and impact based on a deep understanding of business operations.
- Facilitate regular discussions with leadership to derive optimal solutions that drive organizational success.
- Lead initiatives across the HR cycle, including workforce planning, job design, career development, compensation, and leadership coaching.
- Design and develop agile organizational structures to create the most competitive products and services in the market.
- Participate in defining and setting up necessary personnel for new business planning and incubation phases.
Who We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in HRM (including employee relations, assessment, and labor relations) or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional skills in logical persuasion and flexible communication, based on an understanding of various organizational contexts.
- Ability to adapt and drive initiatives in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in both corporate and startup HRM, or background in the financial sector is a plus.
- A strong commitment to proposing and executing customized strategies for a growing organization.
