Summary: The Client Services Associate plays a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and managing the seamless execution of language projects at our Seoul office.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively respond to client inquiries and requests for new project initiatives through our centralized technology platform.
Work collaboratively with diverse production team members to evaluate project scope and generate cost and timeline estimates for translation assignments.
Initiate all project-related tasks by providing comprehensive budgets, schedules, and instructions to the project team while foreseeing potential obstacles to ensure successful project completion.
Address and resolve any challenges with clients prior to project submission to the production team.
Proactively set the production team up for success by initiating project specifics as needed.
Engage in learning about clients’ industries, business needs, and cultures to enhance service delivery and educate the project team.
Monitor project progress, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and budgets, ultimately delivering high-quality outputs.
Serve as the central liaison between external clients and internal production staff.
Establish and manage client expectations effectively.
Ensure compliance with internal regulations and ISO standards throughout project processes.
Potentially troubleshoot challenging projects as required.
Comprehend and adhere to individual project instructions and communicate effectively with the production team.
