The Opportunity
Join the newly formed Industry Accounts team at Unity as a Business Development Representative (BDR). In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in creating the foundational playbook for our operations. Your focus will be on exploring expansive, untapped territories and defining what excellence looks like; this includes crafting and testing messaging strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering growth within existing accounts.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct prospecting across large, uncharted territories using a multi-channel outreach approach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events); schedule discovery meetings with mid-sized to large enterprises.
- Analyze target accounts and key decision-makers; develop targeted campaigns; draft, A/B test, and refine communication strategies.
- Assess inbound leads and direct high-intent prospects to our Account Executives and Account Managers; ensure accurate record-keeping in Salesforce and Outreach.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to execute territory plans, support events, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Monitor and document key performance indicators (meetings scheduled, conversion rates) and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to identify and engage new key contacts within target accounts
- Comfort with outbound sales activities and handling rejection
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, inquisitive, and eager to advance professionally
- Some travel for internal and external events may be required
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Korean and English to effectively engage with stakeholders in our Korean markets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with real-time 3D/interactive technology and its value proposition for enterprise clients
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to propose new messaging experiments on a weekly basis
- Proficiency in Salesforce and at least one sales engagement platform (e.g., Outreach or Salesloft).
