Our focus is on the collection, enrichment, and processing of training data for Machine Learning across various AI domains.As part of the TransPerfect family, the largest global provider of language and technology solutions, you will be joining a prestigious team with a presence in over 100 cities worldwide, while this role is specifically located in Seoul.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and research potential clients within target markets to understand their business and technical needs.• Qualify and evaluate business opportunities.• Lead opportunities from initial contact to successful closure.• Ensure client satisfaction and success.• Develop and execute effective business plans.• Gain expertise in our products and industry trends.• Maintain records of business opportunities using TransPerfect’s CRM system.• Collaborate with production and technology teams across various time zones and cultures.• Generate and manage high-value, profitable business transactions.• Monitor and report on KPIs, providing updates on account health and opportunities.• Participate in trade shows and marketing efforts through case studies and social media involvement.• Provide weekly forecasts and daily updates on progress.• Assist in financial planning and ensure the profitability of client engagements.• Manage stakeholder communications regarding business accounts.• Support training and adoption of technologies for both internal and client teams.• Propose and implement innovative strategies to enhance business growth.
