Introducing the Notifications TeamThe Notifications Team is responsible for crafting one of the most powerful engagement channels at daangn. Notifications serve as a critical channel to bring users back to our platform, as they reach directly to users’ lock screens. This team plays a vital role in designing how and when to prompt 20 million MAU users to engage with daangn again, addressing impactful challenges directly linked to our service growth. With over 15 services, including second-hand trading, part-time jobs, real estate, and community engagement, daangn’s growth requires tailored notifications. New services need notifications to quickly build user relationships, while mature services require precise notifications that avoid user fatigue. The Notifications Team designs experiences that align with service goals and user contexts, enhancing overall app engagement and behavior conversion. As a designer, your role extends beyond screen design.
