Responsibilities include troubleshooting 480 3-phase motors, diagnosing crane challenges, and collaborating with clients across the United States.Key Responsibilities:Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at customer locations.Participate in on-call service rotations, including after-hours support when necessary.Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues on-site, ensuring top performance and safety.Conduct post-repair audits to verify that all safety features are fully operational.Document findings and suggest corrective actions, including safety notifications to customers.Engage with customers to discuss repair and safety issues, providing recommendations for improving material handling operations.Create electronic documentation using company tools and secure customer approvals.Stay current with industry regulations and standards (OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI).Complete service reports and necessary documentation timely and accurately.Maintain communication with the Field Operations Manager and Service Coordinator in line with established protocols.Ensure that company-issued equipment, vehicles, and assets are maintained in optimal condition.Utilize tools and equipment responsibly, reporting any deficiencies to your supervisor.Adhere to all safety rules and procedures, including those set by customers.Attend monthly safety meetings and engage in additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
