Role Overview: Director of Strategy & Operations - Local Markets The Director of Local Markets leads marketplace growth across multiple U.S. regions. This role partners closely with the Growth and Markets team to strengthen collaboration between marketing, sales, product, finance, and analytics. The goal: launch new offerings and raise service levels that help local markets thrive. This position shapes local growth strategies, runs experiments, finds partnership opportunities, builds relationships with external partners, and manages a roadmap to improve the local marketplace experience. What You Will Do Lead a team from day one, developing analytical skills and strong execution. Build business development efforts by cultivating relationships with growth partners and key merchants.
