Possession of an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate is preferred (or the ability to secure it within 12 months). A Professional Engineer (PE) license is a significant advantage. Proficiency in software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, SAP2000, Midas Civil, EnerCalc, and MathCAD is highly desirable. Familiarity with PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission projects, including their design software, is a plus. Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel design principles. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. A genuine desire to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
