Conduct research on client, government agency, and local records for survey-related information. Create deliverables, including field note sheets, electronic data collection files, computation sheets, and CAD base maps. Coordinate the activities of field survey crews and office staff. Adhere to established safety practices in Land Surveying. Foster strong client relationships. Guide and support local land survey staff in their activities, training, and career development. Draft and review scopes, schedules, statements of work, and estimates for survey work. Collaborate with other disciplines to prepare proposals for survey services. Conduct needs assessments and recommend new technologies. Manage the archiving of survey records. Execute survey tasks and projects with autonomy. Perform other duties as assigned.
