EquipmentShare seeks a Service Manager for its Santa Ana, CA rental facility. This leadership role oversees a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians and supports contractors and communities in the construction industry. The Service Manager is responsible for guiding the team, ensuring smooth operations, and helping both customers and staff succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of equipment mechanics and service staff
- Schedule repairs for both customer-owned and company-owned rental equipment
- Use technology to manage work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose equipment issues across a range of makes and models
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and sharing new ways EquipmentShare can support their operations
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Promote employee training and development while maintaining a safe workplace
- Handle additional duties as assigned
Compensation and Schedule
- Salary range: $75,000-105,000/year (final offer may vary based on experience and location)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
