About the Role
Ejam is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Creative Strategist to spearhead innovative, performance-driven creative initiatives for BugMD, one of our rapidly growing brands. This position is perfect for a strategist who thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling, data-driven media performance, and swift experimentation.
You will take charge of the strategic vision behind our video and static ad creatives—from the initial concept to performance enhancement—collaborating closely with video editors, graphic designers, a project manager, and freelance copywriters to generate high-volume, impactful creative that propels growth.
This is a senior, hands-on role with significant ownership: your concepts will be rapidly executed, tested in the market, and evaluated based on their performance.
What You’ll Do
Own Creative Strategy & Direction
- Oversee the comprehensive creative strategy for paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Craft compelling angles, hooks, narratives, and concepts grounded in customer insights, product benefits, and performance metrics.
- Establish a creative direction that harmonizes brand consistency with direct-response efficacy.
Lead Cross-Functional Creative Execution
- Serve as the strategic lead for a team comprised of video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters.
- Provide clear creative briefs, exemplary models, and constructive feedback to enhance execution quality and efficiency.
- Work in close partnership with a Project Manager to prioritize initiatives, manage timelines, and sustain creative momentum.
- Collaborate with freelance creatives as necessary to scale production efforts.
Performance Analysis & Iteration
- Evaluate creative performance using platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to pinpoint successful patterns and areas needing optimization.
- Convert performance insights into actionable creative iterations—including messaging, structure, pacing, visuals, and formats.
- Manage the creative testing roadmap and consistently introduce new hypotheses into the market.
Platform & Trend Leadership
- Remain at the forefront of evolving platform trends, advertisement formats, creator styles, and competitive activities.
- Strategically apply trends—ensuring alignment with brand voice and performance objectives.
- Introduce innovative thinking to creative formats, storytelling techniques, and testing methodologies.
Strategic Impact & Mentorship
- Shape broader creative and growth strategies through insights, learnings, and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of creative playbooks, frameworks, and best practices as the team expands.
- Mentor junior strategists and enhance creative thinking across the team.
