At PM2CM, Inc., we specialize in providing top-notch Program and Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Controls services throughout the design and construction phases of various projects. Our expertise lies in Project Controls, encompassing Scheduling, Cost Controls, Document Management, Budget Monitoring, Risk Analysis, Claims Mitigation, Change Management, and Earned Value Management.
This hybrid position requires working onsite in Pomona, CA, two days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) while allowing remote work on other days.
As a Project Manager within one of Southern California's largest utility companies, you will oversee electric infrastructure projects, collaborating closely with both customers and internal teams. Our Construction & Technical Support (C&TS) organization manages critical Transmission and Distribution projects that are continually increasing in complexity and importance. Due to the visibility and regulatory scrutiny on these initiatives, meticulous management is vital.
Your primary objective in this role will be to enhance project success through the application of effective project management principles, tools, and standards. Ideal candidates should possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and apply their extensive knowledge across various organizational functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple projects and programs, including facility relocations and minor civil capital projects.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost trends.
- Coordinate 5-10 active projects, ensuring effective teamwork with contractors and resource management.
- Maintain comprehensive project plans, reports, and documentation while serving as the primary point of contact for project teams.
- Lead the planning and management of complex, multi-year initiatives across various organizational units (Finance, Regulatory, HR, Engineering, etc.).
