About the Role
At Verkada, we are on a mission to cultivate a top-tier Sales organization, and we need a passionate Sales Enablement and Onboarding Manager to craft an exceptional onboarding experience, enhance team readiness, and boost overall productivity. Our approach to Sales Enablement is unique, providing team members with the autonomy and ownership they need to innovate and succeed. In this role, you will collaborate with Sales leadership to oversee the comprehensive execution of our onboarding program. You will also engage directly with partners and experts across the organization, gaining insights from leaders in various departments. A genuine enthusiasm for sales, combined with a strong understanding of sales support functions, is essential for excelling in this position.
This position requires a commitment to our vibrant in-office culture at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA, with a mandatory on-site presence five days a week.
