We are committed to fostering an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences and celebrates every team member.Key Responsibilities:Develop and assess engineering drawings, establish project plans, and source necessary components, materials, and equipment.Oversee suppliers in the design of test fixtures and the execution of testing protocols.Define instrumentation requirements, carry out calibration, and facilitate installation of instrumentation.Lead small test teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, loads, materials & processes, and analysis, to define tests that confirm design specifications.Create and review company and FAA test plans and reports for static and fatigue testing.Gather and analyze data obtained from testing.Design test stands, fixtures, and data acquisition systems.Establish testing procedures, standard operating procedures, and best practices.Promote safety and adherence to testing protocols in the structural test lab.
