Job Overview:
The DRAM Field Application Engineer plays a critical role in customer-facing technical engagements, serving as a senior technical and strategic liaison between key customers, contract manufacturers, and our headquarters. This position is pivotal in securing design wins, managing intricate customer programs, and ensuring the successful adoption, qualification, and lifecycle management of DRAM products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary senior technical contact for key customers, offering expert advice on DRAM products, system integration, and resolving technical issues.
- Identify current and future technical and product requirements of clients, driving design wins through product evaluation, sampling, and qualification processes.
- Lead new product introductions (NPI), encompassing qualification planning, sample coordination, and collaboration with customers, contract manufacturers, and HQ teams.
- Oversee customer product lifecycle management, including product roadmap communication, PCN/EOL management, and provision of technical documentation support.
- Manage customer product quality, serving as the escalation point for reliability and quality concerns.
