As a Scientist II in our Research and Development team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our projects by conjugating various fluorochromes or organic compounds onto purified monoclonal antibodies and reagents. Your work will involve monitoring conjugation processes, selecting optimal fractions to enhance product yield and quality, and exploring new methods for process improvements as guided by senior chemists.
Additionally, you will prepare detailed technical reports and quantitative analyses, tabulate and analyze data using statistical software, and help maintain meticulous records of all results. You will also be responsible for purifying monoclonal antibodies from serum, participating in compliance training, and promoting a safe work environment.
