The Lab Pack Manager is responsible for supervising a team of Environmental Technicians across various locations, ensuring the effective execution of critical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities of Environmental Technicians both in-field and at the facility.
- Collaborate with the sales team to perform site assessments and prepare accurate estimates and pricing.
- Conduct regular quality assurance visits at customer sites, addressing and preventing issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, EPA, DOT, and DEA regulations, maintaining accurate documentation as required by customer agreements.
- Monitor staff performance against established guidelines, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Facilitate weekly meetings to keep staff informed and tackle any arising challenges.
- Assist in developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures to promote best practices among Field Services personnel.
- Recruit, train, mentor, discipline, and, if necessary, terminate team members. Contribute to the annual goal-setting and performance appraisal process.
- Create and implement training materials for effective knowledge transfer.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to management.
- Support Sales by conducting inspections at stores and distribution centers, acting as a liaison among Sales, Office Operations, and Field Services.
- Address field exceptions and resolve any atypical issues that may arise.
- Take responsibility for controlled pharmaceuticals on behalf of Clean Earth.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Starting salary is $80,000 based on experience.
