The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing JIRA, Confluence, HipChat, and Service Desk/Bitbucket in a high-availability data center configuration. Key Responsibilities:- Establish JIRA as the primary tool, followed by Confluence, HipChat, and later Service Desk and Bitbucket.- Implement change sets through properly configured staging environments, ensuring a formal procedure for monthly production updates.- Analyze and provide recommendations on database migration options, currently using MySQL, with potential to transition to Oracle or Postgres.Qualifications:- Extensive experience with data center management for JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Service Desk, and HipChat is highly desirable.- Proficiency in Oracle and MySQL databases.- Proven experience in migration and upgrading JIRA, Confluence, HipChat, and Bitbucket.
