Job Summary
As we expand, we are seeking a Recruiter in the General and Administrative/Go-To-Market sector to oversee and enhance critical, relationship-focused components of our recruitment strategy. This is a unique opportunity to influence the trajectory of a company on the verge of becoming another industry leader like NVIDIA.
To sustain our competitive advantage as we enter production, we are looking for a data-driven and creative recruiter. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, engineers, and the wider recruitment team, you will identify, engage, and secure top-tier technical talent.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring high-quality candidates and swift, informed decision-making.
Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers, balancing the needs of candidates and the organization.
Facilitate structured interview processes, monitor candidate performance, and lead debriefs with hiring managers and leadership.
Oversee offer negotiations and closing processes with hiring managers.
Continuously optimize our recruiting systems, workflows, and candidate experiences.
You may be a good fit if you have
5+ years of experience recruiting non-technical talent in competitive markets.
Ability to assess both technical capability and cultural fit with precision.
Resourcefulness in identifying exceptional candidates outside standard platforms.
Comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about building systems from the ground up.
