What You’ll Be Doing
As the Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a dedicated team responsible for supporting our fleet of autonomous sidewalk robots in commercial delivery operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, your primary goal will be to engage and inspire your team and cross-functional partners through effective communication, training, coaching, performance monitoring, and recognition. You will leverage your expertise to ensure that team members are executing their responsibilities effectively while identifying opportunities for process improvements that enable scalable operations.
You will bridge the gap between engineering and operations, aiding in development tests and providing valuable feedback to enhance our products and services. Your versatile contributions will significantly impact the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, mentor, and develop team members within your business unit to ensure efficient and customer-focused communication with internal and external partners.
Oversee daily operations, including the management of field agents, robots, and remote operators.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, ongoing coaching, and guidance to team members to maintain service quality and continuity.
