Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative to spearhead the growth of a Human Resources software company in Central America, specifically in San Jose, Costa Rica.
This position involves building the market from the ground up, generating new business opportunities with medium and large enterprises. We are looking for a professional who can forge strong relationships, identify genuine client needs, and propose valuable solutions based on SaaS technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the prospecting and development of new clients from scratch through various digital channels (LinkedIn, calls, emails, events).
- Manage the complete consultative sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
- Generate effective meetings that provide value and address specific client needs.
- Utilize and keep the CRM (HubSpot or others) updated.
- Prepare commercial proposals and consultative presentations.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Adapt commercial strategies to the cultural nuances of the region.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B business development and consultative sales.
- Experience selling SaaS or ERP products, preferably in HR environments.
- Proficiency in prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or recognized CRMs.
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented profile.
About the Position:
- Contractor modality: 100% remote.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (San Jose Time Zone).
- Salary in USD + attractive commissions.
