About the Role
We are on the hunt for a dynamic Workplace Manager to spearhead our comprehensive workplace strategy and operations. This role encompasses everything from daily facilities management to strategic real estate and space transformation. It is a unique blend of strategic leadership and practical execution, ensuring our physical work environments evolve alongside our company's growth while providing exceptional employee experiences.

Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement a global workplace and real estate strategy, which includes lease negotiations, broker partnerships, and long-term portfolio planning.
Oversee office expansions, relocations, renovations, and new office openings in San Francisco, New York, and Europe.
Manage all aspects of workplace operations, including facilities management, security, janitorial services, safety protocols, and compliance.
Uphold exceptional standards across all office locations, balancing employee experience with operational efficiency.
Create and execute data-driven seating and space arrangements that promote collaboration, team proximity, and functional requirements.
Establish and nurture strategic relationships with vendors and service providers.
Design unique workplace experiences and employee interactions that embody our company culture.
Develop programs and policies that ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all locations.
Maintain transparent communication with employees regarding workplace updates, changes, and initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in workplace management, real estate, facilities, or operations, preferably within high-growth startups or technology sectors.
Demonstrated success in managing multi-site offices, significant build-outs, and expansion projects.
Expertise in vendor management, project execution, and global operations.
